Since we are not trying to install an entire development
environment, we don't need the complexity, IMHO.

The package ctlib-linux-elf-dynamic.tar.gz should contain
everything that is needed. If there is something missing, please let me
know, as I am free to redistribute the Sybase development tools for all
platforms on which I have licensed servers (Sun Solaris 2.6 and Linux).
