PHP Bug Type: *Mail Related
Bug description: mail fail sending with external smtp server
the mail function works fine if in the php.ini i set the smtp parameter to 'localhost' and
i send the mails through my smtp server.
if i set in php.ini the name or the ip address of my ISP smtp server i got a 'server
error' on the function line.
