Can we perhaps make the account requests go to php-dev-cvs-requests@lists.php.net? I think it'd be nice for the applicants to receive quicker feedback, and more important, let all of the developers on board the list to see what kind of areas the new comers are going to work in (encourage possible future collaboration).
