Bug description: sscanf() doesn't work with quatation marks
sscanf($buffer,"<GroupBy GroupID=\"%s\" Value=\"%s\"
/>",$GroupID,$Value);
$buffer looks like <GroupBy GroupID="ID" Value="VA" />
I get $GroupID=ID" and no $Value set at all.
Why does it produce quatation mark at the end of string, I think it shouldn't do like this ...
