Windows installer

There have now been three users who have reported that the Windows installer did not work because MSCOMCTL.dll was not installed on their machine. To the best of my knowledge it should be present on all Windows machines - it certainly is on the 15 or so machines in my company. I'd like to know what fraction of users are having this problem - it's 3 in N, where N is a number I could find out if someone can tell me how to get hold of the logs/download.log file that the do_download.php page generates. It would be nice to no the ratio before I tackle Wise, the people who write the installation software, about the matter.
