Bug description: quoted_printable_decode is not processing soft line breaks properly
According to RFC2045, section 6.5., paragraph (5), an equal sign (=) followed by a whitespace
character marks a "soft line break" which should be removed by the quoted_printable_decode
function.
Well, it is not.
BTW: The same is true for the imap_qprint function.
