CARFEFULL using the Windows installer to install PHP may corrupt or change the ssinc.dll of your
server. This will not allow SSI (server side include) to work.
If you use .shtml files COPY first your ssinc.dll found at WINNT/system32/inetsrv/ssinc.dll
After installation if you have a problem, just replace that file with the original one that you had
copied.
