Error message format change

Hi dev,
I have a request to change the way PHP prints its error messages.
It would be nice to have "PHP: " written before *every output from
PHP. That way we can tell if it's PHP or the webserver or the database
server telling us things.
ie change main.c:398 from:
"<br>\n<b>%s</b>: %s in <b>%s</b> on line
<b>%d</b><br>\n"
: "\n%s: %s in %s on line %d\n";
to:
"<br>\n<b>PHP: %s</b>: %s in <b>%s</b> on line
<b>%d</b><br>\n"
: "\nPHP: %s: %s in %s on line %d\n";
