PHP version: 4.0.3pl1
PHP Bug Type: Compile Failure
Bug description: I can't MAKE php
Hi,
I don't know if the problem is anything to do with php, or the setup I'm trying to install
it on.
First I ran the following configure statement:
./configure --with-mysql=../mysql --with-apache=../apache_1.3.14 --enable-track-vars
This worked fine.
Then I ran MAKE, and it all looked fine until I got the message:
"reentrancy.c", line 106: prototype mismatch: 2 args passed, 3 expected
cc: acomp failed for reentrancy.c
make[2]: *** [reentrancy.lo] Error 2
make[2]: Leaving directory `/export/home/tdf/php-4.0.3pl1/main'
make[1]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory `/export/home/tdf/php-4.0.3pl1/main'
make: *** [all-recursive] Error 1
I am running UNIX on a Sun Solaris machine.
I am compiling the program using:
cc: WorkShop Compilers 4.2 30 Oct 1996 C 4.2
Any ideas why this isn't working?
cheers,
Tom.
p.s. I love those pop out boxes, very cool! there on my site now as well:)
