It's duplicate of 5665. The comment was stripped by the bug system..
I was just cleaning up the database. There are a few reports in
'wrong' categories (ones that don't exist anymore) and a few reports
that should be bogus, not duplicate.
Hmm..the bug system should have some option to turn of the emailing
when for example reclassifying reports..?
