Is it possible to allow expressions in function definitions?

It´s a bit annoying that the following doesn´t work:
<?php
define('A', 1);
define('B', 2);
function foo($bar = A|B)
{
return $bar;
}
?>
I know this probably would make all hell break loose and yes it would get a very high WTF ranking if any expression was allowed. Just checking :)
