You should call zend_list_delete().
And you should be using zend_register_list_destructors_ex() in MINIT which will free the resource for you automatically when zend_list_delete() is called (and on request shutdown). Of course, this is if you code your destructor function the right way :)

Do I need to zend_list_delete the resource before I efree() it, or does efree() do it for me?
