Try this:
$fh = fopen($filename, "r");
fpassthru($fh); // closes $fh automagically
Let me know what happens :)

Subject: [PHP-DEV] using images from another site
I have a secure site (https) that needs to display images found on another
(unsecure site). Netscape doesn't appreciate mixing secure and insecure
data, so I need to pull the image over and output it from the secure site.
I have tried many things, like 'copy', the fopen,fread,echo track and even
readfile("http://colomar.com/creditcard.gif") for
example. The readfile is
close, but I get the output in binary output to the screen instead of a
image.
(line starts out as: GIF89a}µÞ¥ÆGIF89a}µÞ¥Æ....)
If I could figure out how to send the image file to the browser as an image
from PHP, I'd have this issue solved. Any ideas?
Thanks,
-Scott-
