PHP 4.0 Bug #8161: php3 & php4 running at the same time

Operating system: rehat linux 6.2
PHP version: 4.0.3pl1
PHP Bug Type: *Install and Config
Bug description: php3 & php4 running at the same time
I tried to install by following.
./configure --with-apxs \
--enable-versioning \
--with-mysql \
--with-track-vars
however, I can only run php3, not php4 at the same time.
what can I do more?
