After merging the namespace protecting changes, cvs commit
showed this:
Bad response from SMTP -- 553 Open relay problem -
see <URL:http://www.mail-abuse.org/cgi-bin/nph-rss?127.0.0.1>
So, somehow 127.0.0.1 was entered into the RSS. I've disabled
RSS for now to allow commit messages to go through again.
