This was a small hicup by sascha who forgot to change the version.. no
beggie.. I did it myself in the makefile for reference but theres no point
in changing it now.. it will be change for rc5

I just downloaded 4.0.4RC4 and there is a small error in the ./Makefile and
Zend/Makefile:
./Makefile: "PHP_VERSION = 4.0.4RC3"
Zend/Makefile: "VERSION = 4.0.4RC3"
I don't think I need to submit diffs, do I? :)
