PHP Bug Type: Misbehaving function
Bug description: base64_decode doesn't work
Variable $g3 contains base64 encoded GIF data.
$fp = fopen(tempnam("/tmp", "img"), "w");
fwrite($fp, base64_decode($g3));
fclose($fp);
results in empty file (i.e. null byte size file).
