Browser crashing php

Hello. I have just put windows 98 on my machine. I have apache web server,
perl, php and mysql. my perl scripts work fine, but my php ones have
problems. When i run them through the php.exe via the command line it works
fine, but when i try to view it in by browser I get, "PHP caused an invalid
page fault in module PHP4TS.DLL at 015f:100136ba". It did not do this in
windows 95. In fact it didn't do anything in windows 95. Can anyone tell me
what is going wrong?
