PHP version: 4.0.3pl1
PHP Bug Type: Oracle related
Bug description: OCILogOff() cann't free the conection with Oracle8
In PHP4.0.3 after you use OCILogOff($Conn)to free the
connection with Orale8 database,you can still use
$Conn to visit the database.But in PHP3 OCILogOff()
can free the handle.
