The first bug you have reported is due to the fact that you are uploading big files that have to be
loaded into memory. If you want to stop this then use the memory limit function in php.ini.
The second is due to a problem with IIS it doesnt allow PHP to exec other processes, there were
developers looking into this but I dont think that this has been resolved yet. You might see it
working in a future version of PHP.
