PHP version: 4.0.4
PHP Bug Type: *Web Server problem
Bug description: /usr/local/apache/bin/apachectl start: httpd could not be started
/usr/local/apache/bin/apachectl start: httpd could not be started, and generates a "core".
Version of my Sybase ASE is 11.9.2.
Configuration likes following:

--with-apache=../apache_1.3.14 \
