OpenBSD-related bug db changes

Some OpenBSD related bugs I've noted that I can't comment on in the bugs database that you may wish to clean out. #Bug number (proposed action): Comments --------------------------------------- #6540 (Duplicate): Our local configure patch will be removed with the 4.0.4 update, and this is a duplicate of #7034 #7035 (Open): We still require this crypt patch in our 4.0.4 port Any word on resolving this one? Bugs been open for a few months now. #7037 (Close): This was a backport from php-cvs for a possible exploit, but the patch is definitely no longer needed.
