I can produce this behavior with a php as simple as: <?php phpinfo(); ?> Or even a PHP that has no PHP syntax - just HTML. Furthermore, this DOES happen on the very first request to a particular page on occasion. It appears that this can happen either before or after the response is sent to the browser, but typically before. After usually 3 or 4 PHP requests through the servlet enginer, JVM dies with an Access Violation. # # An EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION exception has been detected in native code outsi de the VM. # Program counter=0x971b58d # The instruction at "0x0971b58d" referenced memory at "0x75716572". The memory could not be "read". Unhandled exception in java.exe (PHP4TS.DLL): 0xC0000005: Access Violation.
