Bug description: meaning of round() function's 'precision' arg
The 'precision' parameter that was added to the round() function in PHP 4 is very nice.
It would be nicer if the documentation made it clear how precision was to be interpreted. Does it
mean 'only retain <precision> significant figures', or does it mean 'retain
<precision> digits after the decimal point'? It appears that the latter is intended.
