$argv[0] is intended to be name of the running script. This
is so in C and should be in PHP. If some version of PHP
behaved differently, it was buggy.

$argv now has the script name in position 0, like C does. This has not been the case in 4.0.3, where
the first argument was at the position 0. This broke every script I've written for php that
takes arguments from the command line.
