Bug description: gettext crashing PHP
When PHP try translate any text via Gettext, PHP crashed! It is only if *.MO file found.
I am trace file access to MO file by FILEMON from sysinternals... result is:
1. gettext dll look for directory with MO file.
2. gettext read 'file information... and system report BUFFER OVERFLOW!
3. PHP crash by dr.Watson...
