It's a bit late, but:
I was thrilled to see it in action. The safeguards were created and
*enforced*, serious measurements are starting to be applied, and the QA
team made the *whole community* really shine. "The last line of defense
against PHP looking really bad" made PHP look really sensational (nothing
seems to breed dissent like five bug fixes in a month). Even the last-minute-
heated-discussions-about-release-viability-and-late-patches (a common issue
in all large software projects) went really well.
Thanks to all. It really makes me proud to work on this project.
