but all the redirect stuff must be optional or something... many people use
redirects for permanent stuf - one good example is get/post form processing
when we want to stop a nervous user from hitting refresh multiple times. we
process the data, take the action and redirect to url showing the result of
the action taken - then let him refresh at will. now if we want to take some
action on remote web from a script a notify or warning would be very
annoying even in debug env...
