this user reports that exec("pkzip vv.zip aaa.dbf");
crashes his win32 Apache. I've tried exec()ing and
system()ing pkzip, both return string(0) "" ; running the
same command from shell works.
note that exec("ping www.altavista.com"); and
system("ping www.altavista.com"); work fine.
this is on NT5, Apache 1.3.15-dev, php4-200101080345.
