ID: 1190 Updated by: eschmid Reported By: nb@forum-verlag.com Status: Closed Bug Type: MySQL related Assigned To: Comments: With the optional port you cannot connect to the IP socket. I don't know Windows, but under Unix the socket is in /tmp/mysql.sock. I think it's a permission problem related to MySQL. -Egon Full Bug description available at: http://ca.php.net/bugs.php3?id=1190 -- PHP Development Mailing List http://www.php.net/ To unsubscribe send an empty message to php-dev-unsubscribe@lists.php.net For help: php-dev-help@lists.php.net
