PHP Bug Type: ODBC related
Bug description: $value = odbc_autocommit($handle) return FALSE for error and autocommit off
If the crash of odbc_autocommit with one parameter is recovered, then the function supplies the
status of autocommit. TRUE for On and FALSE for Off. However FALSE displays at the same time also an
error!? FALSE does not have here two statuses those is unique identifiable.
