The hebrwe functions in general need to be redone to something like freebidi.

Those greatly needed for Hebrew sites function, until recently been hiding somewhere in the code.
Glad they are out.
There is one known issue with them:
Non-hebrew chars at the end of a line will get moved to the begining (i.e. English letters and
numbers) where the is a n involved.
