Bug description: dbm functions do not work correctly
DBM functions seem not to work correctly on Win32 (PHP/Apache). The problem probably has to do with
with unix/dos ascii file EOL identifiers. I've tried the same code on another server with
PHP/Apache installed on Linux and it works correctly there.
