Bug description: Frozen applications with apache module running
When running as module, there's a conflict with some applications; tested applications include
(but are not limited to):
Eudora lite 3.0.6
Servant Salamander
EditPlus
Mozilla 0.7
they freeze upon launching, unfreez when apache is stopped, and work ok from then on when apache is
restarted.
