FROM MANUAL ERRATA:
==========================================================
I have a COM object that posts data to a URL and returns the resulted html code, but when there is
no result data I get an error which causes php to hault completely.
PHP as an ISAPI module it gives me:
<i>"PHP has encountered an Access Violation at 780012F3"</i>
PHP as a CGI would say something to the effect of:
CGI Runtime error.
<i>(I forget, I could find an old email about it later if it
matters.)</i>
Anyways, to get around it, we had to rewrite the COM object .dll to write a space if the value was
NULL. It may want to be looked into about compensating for this in the actual com_get function
though.
Just wanted to say.
