PHP Bug Type: OCI8 related
Bug description: OCI Result didn't return last error
In documentation stated that:
If the optional stmt|conn|global is not provided, the last error encountered is returned.
So the error (actulally it was warning) appear on
OCIExecute ( $statement );
OCIError(); returns nothing
OCIError( $statement ); returns normal error
