PHP 4.0 Bug #9028: ImagePSText does not draw text

Otherwise gd is working fine and the rest of the png graphic is visible. This feature and the script used to work with 4.0.3pl1 without problem. t1lib-1.0.1 is installed and configure is --with-t1lib=/usr/share/t1lib/.
