This does what you need (not PHP related at all):
<META HTTP-EQUIV="Refresh" content="600;url=http://mydot.com/">
Where 600 is seconds in which the page is reloaded.

Does anybody know how to program in PHP(or other) so that the PHP page can automatically reload from
the web server after certain period of time ?
