PHP Bug Type: Unknown/Other Function
Bug description: browscap is not working again
My programs using browscap.ini worked well
with 4.0.3pl1, but now with 4.0.4pl1 the same
error occurs as in PHP 4.0.0. No information
is returned by get_browser().
The ini setting is properly set.
I am using Win Apache, PHP in module.
