I cant get php3 3.0.7 compiling with oracle 7.3.2 on linux

Hi,
The last few days I spend on getting php3 with oracle 7.3.2 running on a linux system.
After configuring all the stuff and running make, it says that it can not find ocidfn.h
and ociapr.h. And I searched thu other (development) systems for these headers and
them don't have them either. Am I missing something overhere, those oci headers
belong to oracle 8 and up, or am I wrong?
