Informix Support under Win32

I have added some files for support for Informix 7.3 under Windows NT/95. There are two ways to get this support: CLI - is working as abstraction on ODBC and it requires konfiguration of an ODBC DSN. This version has a limit on 256 bytes when inserting or updating text fields. Even if the field is defined as TEXT on the database. There is no problems with selects. ESQL - For this module I just aded a makefile that can be used to compile the embeded SQL sourcefile ifx.ec with NMAKE.
