PHP Bug Type: Misbehaving function
Bug description: ucwords hang
ucwords() does not like having any trailing space it seems.
I have a string that basically amounts to this:
"pembroke pines, " (space after , no quotes). When passed to the parser, it hangs until
the execution time limit expires. Removing the space up to the , solves the problem. If this is
intentional or relates to the design, it may need to be documented.
