PHP Bug Type: *Configuration Issues
Bug description: disable_functions doesn't work properly
disable_functions directive doesn't work from Apache configuration file. It works only from
php.ini file BUT for all my virtual hosts (where safe_mode enabled and also for hosts where
safe_mode is off).
