HEY HEY! This will drive all the traffic from all the
mirror sites to http://www.php.net This is not a good idea.
Bugs php.net better mirror the docs, or we should implemenet
some kickoff mechanism, so just the bug pages can be viewed at
bugs.php.net. This must be changed...
I just wanted to fix it and I saw (on try to commit) it already has been fixed... why wasn't there any commit message???
