Bug description: MySQL Connection Failed: Can't initialize character set 14 (path: default)
php compiled with build-in mysql support
my.cnf:
default-character-set=cp1251
script.php:
mysql_connect(...);
Warning appears:
Warning: MySQL Connection Failed: Can't initialize character set 14 (path: default) in
/path/script.php on line 14
Connection to SQL server is not established.
This warning didn't appear n previous versions.
