Bug #868: No support for MIME sections in imap_header

Just looking through the bug report list, and found this feature/change request. I had written a function to do this a while ago, but, being busy with school and such, had forgotten to commit it. I'm posting this here so that the maintainer of the IMAP module (Mark? I'm not really sure) can take a look at it. If it looks OK, I'll commit it. I've been using it at work for a while now, and it seems to work just fine.
