Bug description: ldap_mod_add with bad params cause Segfault
This cause SegFault:
ldap_mod_add($param, $dn, Array("mail" => Array("1" =>
"info@php.net")));
This one works ok:
ldap_mod_add($param, $dn, Array("mail" => Array("0" =>
"info@php.net")));
