G'Day All,
I got this messages while trying to connect to oracle via PHP.
Warning: Unable to connect to ORACLE (Error while trying to retrieve
text for error ORA-12154) in
/usr/local/WWW/TIOMS/opendatabase.phtml on line 14
Could anyone help me to resolve the problem. Appreciate it in advanced.
