Bug description: Wrong args in xpath_ functions makes apache crash
System: Windows 2000 SP1
Server: Apache 1.3.14
PHP: 4.0.4pl1 as module, php_domxml.dll extension
both these lines will crash Apache:
xpath_new_context($nothing);
xpath_eval($foo,$bar);
