Bug description: Segment violation
In sybase-ct.c the callback handler should be declared as
CS_PUBLIC _client_message_handler(...
not as
static CS_RETCODE _client_message(...
The CS_PUBLIC declartion is also in accordance to the ctlib Documentation.
